Circle Sapporo’s Actions Against COVID 19 Pandemic
We would like to convey our deepest sympathy to those who have been affected by the COVID 19 pandemic.
Circle Sapporo has taken the following measures against the coronavirus to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff.
We kindly ask you to wear a face mask, sanitize your hands and fingers, and allow us to measure your temperature with a remote clinical thermometer.
We will refuse service to anyone with a fever of at least 37.5 C.
have respiratory symptoms such as coughing and shortness of breath with poor health,
have a fever of at least 37.5 C,
have cold-like symptoms,
have conditions that provide suspicion of coronavirus infection,
have entered Japan from outside the country within the past 14 days.

We secure the airflow in the space: doors of each room have air vents, and the building is equipped with an air ventilation system. We also open the windows regularly to ensure constant airflow.
Plastic shields are placed in all rooms and at the reception counter. Staff for blood sampling wear plastic face shields.
A consultation presentation will take up to 15 minutes.
We use a tablet computer to give you instructions for the test.
